Chapterpage

Terms of Use

Effective October 31, 2026

The short version: Chapterpage is licensed to you under Apple's standard terms. Chapterpage Pro is optional and handled entirely by Apple. Only play audiobooks you have the right to play.

License

Chapterpage for iPhone and iPad ("the app") is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If anything on this page conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA wins.

Chapterpage Pro

Your audiobooks

Chapterpage is a player. It doesn't sell, provide or share audiobooks, and you're responsible for having the right to play the files you use. Chapterpage doesn't remove copy protection and can't play DRM-protected books. Keep your own backup of books you care about.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", as described in the Standard EULA. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs or that every file will play. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data or indirect damages.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
